Diracs/ abaya collection
- Thank you for shopping at dahabthelabel.
- Due to the made-to-order and occasion nature of our dirac vol 1 pieces, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each dirac is crafted specifically for the client and tailored according to the height provided.
- However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives with a defect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. All pieces are carefully inspected multiple times before dispatch, but if there is a confirmed fault, we will review the matter and provide a suitable resolution.

Any claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Glitter shedding in the Lemure dirac is considered a natural characteristic of the fabric and not a defect.

All Hijabs
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- We take great care in ensuring each piece meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, a claim must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- We aim to respond to requests within 7 days and if eligible refunds can take up to 14 days to be completed.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- Proof of the issue must be provided (photo/video)
- When submitting a claim please include your order number
- Submit your claim at dahabthelabel@outlook.com
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.Please note we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions
