Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or failure to accept delivery within the required timeframe:

• The order will not be eligible for a refund

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee
